Seeming this vehicle does have an alarm and is normally armed/disarmed with a 'plip' key. Disconnecting/reconnecting the battery activated the system. If there is no 'plip' to disarm the alarm then open the door with the key and press the button (with the led in it) within 10 seconds to prevent alarm activation..... Thanks for all the advice
