All that is true, but there are still way too many of us competing for the same slice of business,at all levels of the customer hierarchy. Try getting a plumber,gas fitter or plasterer the same day as you want one. Or how about a dentist or doctor. Want a service or MoT test? In this immediate area,a choice of about fifteen places all ready to do it within a couple of days, some within hours. That includes many main dealers.
