"Block Seal" or something similar Posted by Steve Nicholas on December 17, 2008, 9:53 am Can anyone point me at the discussion earlier this year on a "magic" block seal product that can help solve leaky head gasket/porous casting problems please? The thread you're referring to was regarding 'Steel Seal'. I have yet to try it but there were mixed feelings about it on the thread. There were lots of testimonials on the 'Steel Seal' website. I have now searched out these products on the Web - I couldn't before because I had not got a clue what they were called. Steel Seal is more expensive but the maker claims it is the best product of its type - but then they would say that wouldn't they? I'll give one of them a try and let you know what happens.
