    Sounds like variable vane sticking in turbo, overboost fault, check the duty cycle on the bost control valve, the higher the value the ecu is trying to lower the boost. You can also check the vacuum down at the actuator see if it drops to zero good indication that the ecu is trying to pull boost back. Are there any fault codes?
