Thanks Guys I carried out your previous advice
given me but have now exhausted my knowledge with trying to get to the bottom of this problem and with the help of the RMI help line have got no where. There are no DTC's in memory. The fuel system is marellie IAW8P.20 No.16291-104 ser no.9625694180 12v. The vehicle acheives perfect gas readings at idle but CO rises to 3.5 at 2500 rpm. I have since tried bleeding in air and watched closely the O2 sensor which is switching but one concern when perfect gas figures are achieved at idle the O2 sensor switches at only 50-80mv at tad too low for my liking. Raising the rpm it instantly goes to 900mv and you see the co rising to 3.5% the O2 sensor only switches between 800-100mv during the period of idle after you drop the revs, when the gases start dropping off back to perfect figures then switches at 50-80mv. O2 gas stays constant at about .02-.1 at all revs. I have tried this one with the wheels off the ground in gear, introducing a fault code to run on limp home all to no avail. I have scoped the inj duration for multi pulsing and it runs 3.1ms at idle and drops to 2.9ms at 2500 so where is the extra fuel coming from? I have checked the heater circuit in the O2 sensor, also isolated the EVAP system, checked vacuum which is 19" at idle and 22" at 2500 rpm, played with Mitivic on MAP trying to acheive the right figures, checked the breather system for blockage etc, tested the fuel pressure all good. I have replaced the MAP sensor and have now been able to substitute a new ATP ECU none of which have made any difference. Do I have a wiring problem high resistance etc! HELP.
