Vauxhall Corsa 1.2 Z12XE 2004 - Non start when cold #
Posted by Phil Maddin on March 5, 2015, 9:06 am Hi We've got a 2004 1.2 Z12XE Corsa in non start when temperature is below freezing but as soon a we try to test it will typically start and there are no fault codes logged. We have changed crank position sensor and coolant temp sensor as a guess but still no better and have wired a separate earth to the ecu. We have also tried putting the ecu in the freezer to simulate a cold morning as we had this cause a fault before on another car. This fault happened last year as well but we didn't get a chance to look at as it warmed up and didn't cause any more problems. We think we've missed our chance again but if anyone has any suggestions of things to check or try we'd be very grateful. Thanks Phil
