Heyy and Peace and love out to my fellow survivors. Tryin to make this short..Letsee Hep.C
for lil over 10 years, Genotype 1, 2 x doing the Interferon with another time being interfron and riboviron therapy.I've also had about 5 liver biopsies in the past..so i share with the rest of you what we have all been thru fighting the fight. I am now ready to start(it better be good cuz its the LAST time!) the Peg-Intron w/Rebetol therapy.
i decided to start 1st shot on Monday night and exteremly NERVOUS, as i remember the first night of Interferon Injection from previous. I have anxiety and panic attacks regulary..so i can only imagine dread and fear at knowing im starting this! MEDS came in on Fri..so here i go, i guess. In touch with the Shering-Commitment to Care Program and hopefully will have some support there.
I would realy like some general info from someone who is in there first weeks of treatment or has already finished..probebly for re-assurance. im sure lots of posts in here, been trying to read what i can and keep informed.
I would really appreciate any knowledge or anyone that would like to help me with just support thru communication or from here to be a Support buddy" for me. just wanna make it thru that first week!! ya'all know how that goes!
Will ck back in..thanks to all that have read this and hopefully I will make many new friends who share in this fight!!! We are some brave people, arent we?? ha
