You would have to compete in the USPF Multi-Nationals to qualify for the WPF Worlds. You do not need a qualifying total to compete in the Nationals either. It would be best if to lift in a USPF meet before hand, if you do not already have USPF experience. I am running the USPF Multi-Nationals and the USPF Bench& Deadlift Nationals in Rhode Island this June 28 & 29. Go to my website, www.ripl.org, for applications and hotel information.
