Makes no sense to me either. I know Dave and I'll let him know to stop drug testing or he might as well promote the USAPL. Even if someone popped on the drug test it wouldn't mean anything except maybe in Utah. With Dave's method you could piss hot and be banned in Utah and be good to go in the other 49 states. I'll get Dave on the same page. Thanks for letting me know.
