Posted by Jim That's great! I just saw him several weeks ago here in New York. It was amazing. He spoke for free at a large auditorium which was FILLED about half an hour before he started. I didn't think we were even going to get in because the line stretched around two blocks! For those who don't know him, he was Ralph Nader's campaign manager (or at least was really involved in the campaign) and has made some really incredible movies and books. He does a great job of combining a clever sense of humor with an atypical political view (an advocate of strong corporate responsibility, government that protects the people from powerful organizations, etc.) I'm not sure if Paul and Clyde saw this, but he's putting the final touches on editing a new movie, which he showed parts of at his appearance in New York (it's called "Bowling for Columbine"). It was one of the funniest things I've ever seen (he interviews Terry Nichols' brother and goes to a bank that had a promotion of giving away a free gun when opening an account!) Now that the Vetivers and him are such good friends, they should ask about getting on the soundtrack! Or playing at some of his events! Or playing for Nader! This could be huge!!!
