Dear Vetivers fans:
I got a quick preview of some of the new songs off the new Vetivers cd and let me tell you that what I heard is FANTASTIC! Ben sings beautiful lead on a fresh new tune, Paul plays the tin whistle on an Irish sounding jig, and Clyde blows us away with his own tune "Cosmic Excelsior". The boys do some switching around and trading of their instruments, which is very cool and it's nice to finanlly hear the old Carnivorous Grass tune "It's Blind" being put to good use on the new recording. There is also some banjo being played by none other than Mr. Solecki that sounds great. This is a very different recording than the last one and there is a lot of new material here. It's been nice watching them grow these past couple of years. I can't wait to hear the rest of the cd and to purchase my own copy. Congrats to the boys in the band and Keep on Rockin' in the Vetiver World!
