I beleive there is a forum of MP's, local councils, land owners and environmentalists on the Isle of Skye where they are discussing the plans to blow up the bad step near Loch Coruisk because it is a hazard to disabled people in wheelchairs.
Surely this is taking equal opportunities too far, whatever next, putting a Stannah Stair Lift up Ben Nevis.
