Dale, I apologise for making fun of your spelling since you apologised to Lesley-anne for your insulting statements (it was in response to your rudeness to her that I made the comment in the first place) but my main point still stands, you fired off without (as you addmitted)knowing the facts of this particular scheme (check out the website I mentioned). Also freshwater mussels are a rare and endangered species with more than half the world population reckoned to be in Scotland. Black throated divers are also rare and unfortunately according to most sources(ie RSPB) don't adapt to changes in habitat as easily as you suggest. However, whatever the rights or wrongs of this scheme your rantings don't help the debate.
