I am hoping to do the Ring of Steall in the next few weeks, weather permitting. I have looked at several sites on the Internet and wondered if the wire bridge is the only way across Nevis Water. I read that a bridge was built further up from the wire bridge by a film crew last summer (2002. Does anyone know if it is still there or is there another way across. Any tips appreciate d.
