On Saturday 6th September, my Garmin GPS Personal Navigator Serial No: 36363049 in an Aquapac Pouch, got itself lost in the Ben Lawers National Trust for Scotland Nature Reserve, Perthshire, at OS Explorer 1:25,000 Sheet 387 Ben Lawers & Glen Lyon, Grid Ref: NN641424 (last known). My friends and I had descended southwest from An Stuc to the Bealach Dubh then down Ravens Gully to the southwest corner of Lochan nan Cat where we stopped to take of our wateroofs! We walked out from there for some 3.5 kilometres, where we stopped for our afternoon cuppa and it was then that I realised that my GPS had got itself lost.
Anyone finding it should contact me to claim a (modest) reward.
