Good morning all. Well, the frost was for sure on the pumpkins this morning here in Clermont! Looked out the window to a white lawn with a very heavy frost. The youngest dog is still scratching her head trying to figure out who put the ice in the outside water dish? Stan goes for a radiology thingie on his kidney today but he says he'll drive himself so I will stay home and pray. He's going to stop and pick up some ground beef on sale this week at Kroger for $3.99 a pound. I remember when it used to go on sale for $1.99 a pound. Publix has chuck roast for $6.99 a pound. I'm hoping that Ingles will have some soon because theirs is closer to $4.99 and used to be $3.69 on sale. We may be joining CL in her vegetarianism if prices don't come down soon. Hey, but I gave thanks this morning that I didn't wake up to the sound of bombs dropping or some nut case standing in my bedroom with a machete. It could happen. I do believe in the rapture of the saints but whether it's pre millennium or mid or post millennium I don't have a clue. How much hunger, disease and war we'll have to go through is something only the Lord knows. Some preachers think they know but honest ones will tell you nobody knows because that's what Jesus said. All us buttercups just need to buckle up and learn to walk by faith like they've had to do in other countries because this country is fading fast. But the good news is that God will be triumphant and one day this will be a new world. I'd be plumb tickled if the Lord let me be one of His stable girls in the new world, taking care of His horses or some other creatures. Won't have to worry about wolves eating sheep then because they'll be good buddies. Even snakes won't bite. Oh, RM, check out a youtube video about this place in Illinois called Snake Road. Scaaaarie. Full of cotton mouth moccasins that are migrating this time of year even though it's only 40 degrees up there. Here's the link if you're interested but if you're not, that's okay too.
