We used to have one of those years back when they was a "Steak House" but later morphed into a Buffet and then went out of business here bummer.
The Best Steak House ever for me 'IMO'
Was the "Flaming Steak House" in Pittsburg, PA. that had it going on with a huge front window where you could stand on the Sidewalk outside and look in and see the "Chefs" cooking the Steaks Cooking on Different Level Grills. With the hickory or whatever kind of wood?

The place that City Policeman stood out in the street directing traffic like he was a Bull fighter or whatever?
And they used to have him featured on TV a lot if you remember that?
