Only self centered little spoiled American airheads would keep sending our sons and daughters back to Iraq for two and three and four tours of wartime duty, That action in itself is morally bankrupt and criminal as the war itself. To perpetuate the single criteria of the politics of a war of choice that not only has been an utter failure but also used as a tool to strip away the very freedoms that Americans are losing life and limb over, basic rights such as habeas corpus, the institution of national security letters. illegal wire taps and even the right to demonstrate and in some instances, the freedom of speech if its against this Jeffersonian (imperialistic) administration. You should be outraged. As far as the war in Afghanistan and the war against Islamic terrorist I am and will remain in full support. I just refuse to conflate the Iraq war with the legitimate needs to secure our country, and to fight terrorism and bring osama bin ladin to justice and punish him by death for his crimes against humanity. Yes the dems can't get it together I agree, but they don't have the numbers to over come a veto, and they can't persuade the right to join them in any effort to do the right things when it comes to Iraq. I also agree that yes it would not be fair to some of the people in Iraq to just strand them after not we messed up but bush lied and messed up (big difference there) please don't include me in your we scenario. I think you are right and we would have to be prudent about pulling out. Anyway it sounds like you are in full support of this "mess-up" and if I was thinking like you I guess I would vote John McCain before any other right wing candidates.
