i visited the Whaley house in Dec.03. I took several photos. I have a couple in the kitchen that you can see the figure of a man on the wall. There are others on this site of the same figure. What I found most interesting is one I took in the parlor-living rm. I was taking a pic of a piece of furniture that I liked. There is also a pic of the same piece on this site. The one on here supposedly has a face in it. I don't see a face. In mine though, there is a full body apparition of a woman standing next to the piece of furniture. She appears as if she is looking at the decorations or something. In other words, it is a profile of a grayish transparent figure. I had lagged behind the rest of the group, so I was alone in the room. It definately is not a shadow. The figure is wearing a long full dress and a hat or bonnet if you know what I mean. I will try to figure out how I can post the pic. I have shown it to several people and have gotten some real amazed reactions. It is actually very easy to see. I didn't sense any odd feelings or cold spots like some say they do. I also went to Alcatraz and there I definately picked up a very eerie feeling in some areas. By the way, when I took this picture, I didn't visually see anything and was quite surprised by what I got. As I said I will see if I can post it and perhaps someone can rebuke it. Or at least they can try. Thanks
