There's actually several different night tours that pass by the Whaley House. The newest tour is the Haunted San Diego which runs somewhat similiar to the old Ghosts & Gravestone tour. The second is a Walking Ghost Tour which mainly focuses on Old Town hauntings. The last is a limo tour that can take you to several different haunting spots which may or may not include the Whaley House. Unfortunately none of these specific tours actually go inside the Whaley House. The Whaley House Museum now has a nighttime general admission that costs a fraction of these other tours. If you're looking for a more extensive tour of hauntings, try any of the three. If you're interested in just the Whaley House, my suggestion is just head there.
