A few years ago, my mother and I visited the house knowing that it was supposedly haunted, although we did not know the stories...anyway we walked through the house without incident, but when we walked through the garden behind the house I smelled a very nice fragrance kinda like hibiscus flowers or grape juice...very sweet. My mom didn't smell it, so I ran back into the house to notify the gentleman on duty, who came out with me...but he didn't smell it either. But it smelled very strong to me!
Later on I read on the site that the sweet, flowery perfume was a common occurence. Yay! I'm not crazy!!
