I'm a former volunteer from the Whaley house. Victors been there a few years. He's a nice enough guy, but he was not THE head docent. Robin was THE head docent for quite a while. They have the head honcho in charge of all, who was Robin, and each day of the week they have a docent 'in charge' who is just the head docent for the day, in case of problems. Ever since I met Victor, he's always referred to himself to the guests as THE head docent, probably cause no guest would ever know otherwise. Now that Robin is gone, he probabely slid into her spot and really might be THE head docent. Or he could still just be showing off as usual. Who knows? Victor will always be Victor. They can't say anything about Robin because of professionalism. Also if soho chopped of the head of it's most valuable docent, they are pretty much making it clear their cleaning house, so if you want to keep your job around there, watch it. But you got to wonder why they are being this way all of a sudden. Theres a lot of funny stuff going on there lately. I think if you know to much about things you become a liability for them.
