And whatever it is, whether sighting, hearing, moving - it usually happens so fast that rarely can other eye witnesses (mainly employees of the Whaley House) be brought to see or hear whatever it might be. So it becomes nearly impossible to tell who really saw something (or heard something) vs someone who didn't, but claims that they did.
To my knowledge, there is no record. And there probably never will be.
