I was just at the house again with my hubby and we were wandering around the garden when we both smelled the same smell you have described. The weird thing was that the "pocket" of fragrence seemed to move and we could follow the smell onto the lawn then it disappeared. I thought that it was the flowers so I tried to smell them all to get that scent back, no luck.
