Hi... I just found this board, it seems like things have been kinda quiet the past couple months, but I do have a story to share, even if it's an old one! I auditioned for a production of A Midsummer Nights Dream at the house several years ago when the upstairs had first been converted into a theatre ( I believe SOHO had just taken it over). I always arrive early for auditions, and the tour group had just left the room and I was up there alone waiting for people to arrive. There was some sort of mirror or something reflective off to my side on the wall. I glanced at it and saw someone sitting begind me wearing old fashioned clothes, they leaned forward to touch my shoulder, as if to make a comment about a performance on the stage. Of course, when I turned around, there was nobody there. Needless to say, I waited downstairs after that! On a side note, do they still do plays at the house and did this play ever actually happen? Looking at current photos it appears that the stage is not used for actual productions. Even though I wasn't cast, I always wondered how that show tured out, because it was such a cool idea to do a show at the house! Thanks
