I was diagnosed with Ductal Carcinoma of my left breast on April 8. I have undergone my first surgery -- left breast mastectomy with sentinel node biopsy. One node came back positive. We will meet with the surgeon again on April 30 to discuss the next step. I would love to talk to anyone who has undergone similar treatment.
