Ok....so now I have shingles!
My Onc told me today that I was the first patient she ever had that got shingles with the cocktail I am getting (Taxotere / Cytoxan). I told her I was a "Murphy's Law" patient and she should prepare for it accordingly.
She put me on meds so I hope and pray they work by Saturday since my daughter is planning a BBQ for the moms for Mother's Day.
Seems like every day I wake up to another new adventure / symptom. Almost to the point I don't want to go to bed and have to wake up to the new problem of the day..........
Oh well, this too shall pass.
Anybody else out there get shingles with their chemo?
