She put me on Valtrex. I never had shingles in my entire life. I know that I have it because my immune system has been compromised but it doesn't make it any easier. Pretty painful stuff. If it gets worse she will postpone chemo. I don't want to postpone it. I want to move forward. Hopefully the pills will work. That's what I'm planning on.
