Thanks so much for all your replies! Made me cry to realize I'm not as alone in all this as I thought. I I have not had the genetic testing done but am feeling that having the bilateral is the way to go. Guess, in the end it's what will help you sleep the best at night yes? I hate the thought of surgery and reconstruction, I'm told the recovery time is pretty extensive. I work at a really physical job and have no short term disability so I'll be out for 8 weeks no pay. Some friends of mine found this out and are holding a benefit for me to raise some money to get me through for a couple months. Amazing huh? People blow me away. Thanks I'll be back! Love to you all.
