Hi Mary!
I had a hysterectomy, hemorrhoidectomy, Rheumatic Fever (as a kid), Mononeucleosis, prolapsed fibroid and a couple bouts of bronchitis but I never really looked at any of those things as being ill for some reason. This I consider devastating!!! My whole life has changed. My whole attitude. My whole sense of well-being. I am scared to death of this diagnosis. I cry more than I have ever cried in my life. I keep a stiff upper lip as much as I can but I fall apart much more than I have ever fallen apart before.
My coping skills are being challenged to my limit these days.
Perhaps when I get finished with chemo I will have a better attitude.
You are such a wonderful advocate to everyone on here Mary. Love to read your posts!!!! Such a lovely lady!
Hugs,
Roseanne
