Thank you for the encouraging comments. I joined the local YMCA last August and stayed with it until March. I stopped going due to having to get up at 4a to go. I have exercise equipment at home and your words have made me realize I need to use them. Life isn't fair and I will eventually be comfortable with the new me. My doc may not go for hormone replacement so I will ask around for alternatives.
