Hi Kelly,
I'm so very glad you're doing well with this surgery but sorry you're having continued bone pain. And I have to say you just never cease to amaze me with your strength, courage, and positive outlook. Being able to wash your hair, lift your arms, etc. are huge steps, and they give you back some control.
I think you'll look at the site of your wounds when you're ready. No need to hurry that process until you're comfortable doing so. And YES, you definitely deserve a shopping spree.
