Thanks gals for your advice. They type cancer was Her2-neg, ER/PR positive. I had cancer in left breast only but opted to have both removed. The oncologist recommends tomoxifin along with chemo. The onco type score determines whether you will receive addtitional benefits from chemo and again, according to my score, he thinks Ill benefit. According to him, it will decrease the risk of reoccure 10-20%, so overall appox. 80-90% chance of it not returning. I'm also struggling very much whether I should even take the chemo because of side effects. I know I mentioned the hait loss which I can handle if I have to. However, the blood disorder and congestive heart failure are what's making me have reservations. I will be getting a second opinion on Thurs. Honestly, I'm a nervous wreck and feel extremly anxious on the inside. Thanks so much ladies for being there!
