Having your attitude helps a lot with losing your hair. For me it was trumatic, when it was gone I truly felt "oh yes I do have cancer" It is temporary and does come back That is what I had to keep telling myself. I finished Chemo around this time last year and now have wild curly hair that I have colored (could not stand the grey) I'm just waiting for it grow a little lnoger before going to the hairdresser for some kind of style to be done. So just think of it as a temporary inconvienance :0
