Sorry for your diagnosis - yes, sadly we've all been there. But you will get lots of positive support here. You'll find out soon (I hope), that it's not nearly as bad as you imagine it to be. There's not much else I can add to the other posts.
Please find out exactly what type of BC you have. That may influence what type of surgery you need. Good for you for getting a second opinion. Our gut never lies.
