Hi Kelly, I am very familiar with Zeloda. Two of my good friends are currently taking it. They have experienced relatively few side effects...some self-limiting episodes of diarrhea and tiredness but still are onto their usual daily routines. I hope that you aredoing well with the new dose adjustment. "Tweaking" is a good word when it comes to med dosage. Hugs and prayers for a successful outcome. Peg
