I left it up to him, and he did it perfectly they have a way of knowing what size will look good on your frame without looking odd. I am 5'9 medium framed, average weight, I am currently a 38D, prior to Breast Cancer and the rest of the garbnage I was a 38C, I am pleased with the size he chose, I always felt I need to be a little larger and it works 
Ask his opinion he would know what would look best on you, for your chest area , and frame. Good Luck..this is the FUN part LOL, My Ta-Ta's look AMAZING!!
