Your breast with expanders will be a little larger then the finished product, they generally expand a smidge larger, so when they place the permanent implant they have more of a natural appearance/sag. I was a DD with my expanders in and after I was a D, they appear completely natural in the way the sit on my chest, not like to round balls up to high that scream FAKE! Best of Luck.. April
