Has anyone ever had just one chemo drug (without the cocktail). I've been reading that some are effective alone but usually administered with others.
I'm taking chemo as a precaution. My tumor margins were clear, no node involvement & no vascular invasion. The chemo is just in case a cell got away & I'm thinking I'm going to talk with my onc to see if I can just take the cycles of cytoxan without using anything else.
I'm planning to have a double mast after the chemo to reduce my risk of reoccurrence.
Any thoughts?
