I am sorry you are in pain. I had complications after my mast (nacrotic skin)that required 7" more inces of skin to be removed in a second surgery. From that I had to wait 2 months to get fills in the expander..I was VERY sore and wearing a Bra of any kind was awful..my doc gave me Vallium to take with or without the pain meds. I found that just one vallium before bed a couple times a week was very helpfull. It took the edge off the pain and on those nights I slept quite well. Getting good sleep a couple time a week made the rest of the time tolerable... Hope that helps XO
