Alvita, I had expanders put in when I had my dbl mast. They were filled over time to 550 ml. Then i had silicone implants put in. As for being happy with them, thats a hard question. They look good in clothes. One scar is harder and more pronounced then the other. I think they should be closer together so I would have more cleavage. I miss having nipples but if i got surgical ones they won't have feeling anyway and i do like not having to wear a bra. I am glad that I had the reconstruction. I was an A cup before and now I am a C. That may have been too much info, but if you have any other questions don't be afraid to ask. I don't mind.
