Hi, Linda. Try not to worry about rads. You may get a burn toward the end, but they usually heal quickly. To keep from getting tired (most of us do), try to start a light exercise program. Even a little walking or light weights while sitting on the couch will help. I did leg lifts while on the couch. Anything to move the blood around, I think. I also had chemo, so really was tired before rads even started!
I have been on Tamoxifen for 3 months after switching from Arimidex. Just hot flashes is all I have experienced in the way of side effects. My ER number was 98, so I really felt it was important to take some type of estrogen blocker.
