I had DCIS in my right breast. I had a double mastectomy 9 days ago. I got the pathology report back w/ free margins and clear lymph nodes, but they also found 3 separate invasive cancers also in that breast. Waiting to see my oncologist and surgeon on the 29th. My surgeon is out of town now. I have had several complications also. The day after surgery I had emergency surgery on the bright side where the cancer was/is and had a large blood clot removed, tonight I went to the er, because the right side is now hard and still red but where they cut me has now turned black. Going back to the surgeon in the morning.
