Was diagnosed with early stage infitrating
lobular carcinoma on April 15th. Had lumpectomy
on April 28 with another excision 2 weeks later
to get "clear margins." The cancer was small and
had not spread, but Radiation was ordered. As
of today I have had 29 radiation treatments and
have 8 remaining. The last 8 will be the "boost"
treatment on the actual surgical scar. Next month
I start on Arimidex. I would like to hear from
others who have already been on Arimidex....as to
their reaction, side effects, etc. Thanks!
