Clairissa, I am 48, and was diagnosed with bc gr 3 in 1998. Had a mastectomy on my left breast, 13 nodes removed. Two years of chemotherapy, and 6 weeks of radiation. Three years of tamoxifen. I am now in remission for 6 years, and as healthy as anything. It was rough at times, but if you take it one day at a time, be thankfull for every new day, and be kind to yourself, you will come through this. Oh by the way, I am also from South Africa
