my second surgery was dec. 20 and chemo will begin soon...this is a great group of ladies here, and theyve been thru it all! tuesday was a good day because i wore a breast my cousin brought me from florida to the dr. office, and it was nice not to have to see the flat chest on left side!!! i know its a small thing, but it lifted my mood...
i know you feel alone. i have a very supportive family (my brother came from virginia for both surgeries), and friends have rallied around... but at night when im alone, i feel scared and sad....its ok to feel whatever you feel, but if you get too depressed i hope youll let your docs know, or talk to a counselor or something...you dont have to do this alone! a lot of us are going thru the same thing, youre not alone...
