I was diagnosed with bilateral breast cancer at age 41, two years ago. Had a lumpectomy on left, mastectomy + sentinel node on the right. Node negative. Four rounds of AC and the usual radiation. Low-grade lymphedema, very well controlled, on the right. Getting ready for a DIEP reconstruction in a few weeks! Feeling GREAT.
