I'm actually from a small town just outside Toledo Ohio. I have had breast cancer twice completed treatment last time on 6/6/03]. I did very well both times. I attribute this to the wonderful care I got and the doctors that were and still are part of my team. I should also say that the oncology nurse are the best, and you couldn't ask for better care.
I had all my treatments at Flower Hospital in Sylvania, Ohio. The number for the oncology dept is 419-824-1952[main number]
I'm sure they can direct you or your Mom to the right person to get some information.
Have your Mom post here as well. We will do what we can to get her through this.
She definitely will NOT be sorry she did.
I've been posting here for 2+ years and have never regreted a single minute of it.
These ladies are THE GREATEST I've ever had the pleasure of getting to know.
