I had a lumpecomy last November and have completed chemo and radition. I got sick (flu like symptoms) about 3 days after each chemo, and it lasted for about 2 or 3 days. With the radition I was burned on my chest at the beginning which was very itchy and uncomfortable - I was told to use vitamin E oil or alo vera gel (100%) both of which helped a little. At the end of the radiation therapy I developed a blistered (very sore) area under my arm around the incision where some nodes were removed.
