I'm in the process of researching sport cartooning in the USA and Canada from 1900-1939. If anyone has information on sport cartoonists from these eras or any good links to websites that feature histories and images of cartoons on sport I'd be grateful. I'm particularly interested in local cartoonists (not necessarily the famous ones) who produced images of local sports events, teams, individuals, and fans. However, I'm also interested in material on Robert Ripley's sports cartoons before he became submerged in Ripley's Believe it or Not.
